Prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change at the discretion of Rolltack Ltd. Carriage is extra dependant on the delivery address. Rolltack Ltd. holds the right to offer Special Offers as and when they wish.
Post and packaging charges and delivery
We aim to dispatch items within seven working days of an order being placed. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Rolltack will endeavour to keep you informed of your orders progress from purchase to dispatch.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure your online transaction is secure.
All credit/charge card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order (and notify you that we have done so). The goods remain our property until you have paid for them.
Payment is done through PayPay account via debit or credit card and credit/debit cards through Shopify payments.
Actual colours of the Rolltack may vary to those shown on printed materials (i.e. leaflets, printed adverts etc.) or on phone or IT devices due to the resolution of the device.
The main trolley body of the Rolltack is manufactured using roto-moulding, hence due to the nature of this process there may be small blemishes or marks on the moulded body. Rolltack Ltd. will apply its quality standards to each product and only those that reach the acceptable standard will be dispatched.
Customers must follow the instructions on the instruction sheet exactly as Rolltack will not be liable for any faults caused by wrong assembly.
Design Protection, Copyright and Licence
You are not permitted to reproduce, alter or translate the designs or images of any of our products without Rolltack Ltd.’s express permission.
You acknowledge that all rights to any and all copyrights, designs and other intellectual property rights relating to our products are and shall remain the property of Rolltack Ltd. You will not at any time do, or cause to be done, any act or thing which impairs or infringes those rights.
These terms and conditions and all contracts under these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to terminate any contract formed under these terms and conditions immediately by written notice and to take action to recover damages suffered by us if you breach any of these provisions.
Rolltack Ltd. and or its owner(s) and employees will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by the assembly or use of the Rolltack and associated accessories.
Faulty or defective items
In the unlikely event you find a fault with your goods please contact us immediately on 07714 212412 and we will instruct you on the returns procedure.
Returns due to change of mind
If you have purchased goods online you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of receipt of your goods. To do this you must contact Rolltack Ltd. and advise of your decision to cancel your order. You then have 14 days to return the goods complete, unused and in re-saleable condition, to:

Please include your name and address. We will refund you the price paid for the product/products, excluding carriage costs and/or other surcharges which are deemed non-refundable. Rolltack Ltd. will not pay the return carriage costs for cancel orders.
Returned items lost in transit
Rolltack Ltd cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return process. We recommend returning the package by Special or Recorded Delivery service and obtaining a proof of postage.
• We aim to dispatch items within two working days of an order being placed if the ordered item is in stock but this can take up to seven working days.
• If the item is not in stock we will advise you by email or telephone. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
• Your parcel will be delivered via couriers. Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives to ensure that it is correct and nothing is damaged. If the parcel is damaged you must sign for it and have 'damaged' recorded. Please notify us within two working days if there is problem with your order.
• If your parcel is lost during transit, we will replace it. In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
